1. About Rainbow Rajasthan

Rainbow Rajasthan is a focused travel initiative by Rainbow Vacations Pvt. Ltd., offering private and customised Rajasthan travel planning for families, NRIs, wedding guests, international travellers, and discerning travellers.

We do not operate as a fixed-package booking engine. Our journeys are designed after understanding the traveller profile, travel purpose, comfort expectations, interests, dates, and service requirements.

2. Website Information

The content on this website is for general information and enquiry purposes only.

Images, descriptions, experiences, hotel references, and travel ideas are indicative. Final arrangements depend on availability, pricing, season, guest preferences, supplier terms, and confirmed booking details.

We may update or change website content at any time without prior notice.

3. Enquiry Does Not Confirm Booking

Submitting a form, WhatsApp message, email, or phone enquiry does not create a confirmed booking.

A travel service is confirmed only after:

• Final itinerary or services are agreed
• Applicable payment is received
• Supplier availability is confirmed
• Written confirmation is issued by Rainbow Vacations

4. Customised Travel Planning

All travel suggestions are prepared based on the information shared by the client.

Clients are responsible for sharing accurate details such as travel dates, traveller names, ages, passport details where required, food preferences, medical limitations, mobility concerns, and any special needs.

Rainbow Vacations will not be responsible for issues arising from incomplete, incorrect, or delayed information provided by the client.

5. Pricing and Availability

All prices, hotel rooms, guides, vehicles, experiences, flights, permits, and other services are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Prices may change due to supplier rates, taxes, currency fluctuations, seasonal surcharges, government fees, fuel costs, or other factors beyond our control.

A quotation is not a guarantee of availability unless confirmed in writing after payment.

6. Payments

Payment terms will be shared at the time of proposal or booking.

Bookings may require advance payment, full payment, or staged payments depending on the services involved.

Bank charges, payment gateway charges, foreign exchange charges, or transfer fees, if applicable, will be borne by the client unless stated otherwise.

7. Cancellation, Refunds, and Changes

Cancellation and refund rules depend on the terms of hotels, airlines, transport providers, guides, experience providers, cruise companies, DMCs, and other suppliers involved.

Rainbow Vacations will communicate applicable cancellation terms wherever possible before confirmation.

Refunds, if any, will be processed after receiving refunds from suppliers and after deduction of applicable cancellation charges, service fees, taxes, bank charges, or administrative costs.

Changes to confirmed services may involve additional costs and are subject to availability.

8. Travel Documents, Visas, and Permissions

Travellers are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, identification documents, permits, tickets, insurance, vaccination documents, and any other documents required for travel.

Where Rainbow Vacations assists with visas, permits, insurance, or documentation, such assistance does not guarantee approval. Final decisions rest with the relevant embassy, consulate, government authority, or service provider.

9. Traveller Responsibility

Travellers are responsible for their personal belongings, health, behaviour, punctuality, and compliance with local laws, hotel rules, airline rules, safety instructions, and guide/driver instructions.

Any additional cost caused by delay, missed services, personal decisions, medical issues, misconduct, or non-compliance will be borne by the traveller.

10. Third-Party Services

Many travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers such as hotels, airlines, transport companies, guides, restaurants, experience providers, and local operators.

Rainbow Vacations takes reasonable care in selecting suppliers but is not liable for acts, omissions, delays, service failures, accidents, losses, or changes caused by third-party providers.

11. Force Majeure

Rainbow Vacations will not be responsible for delays, cancellations, changes, losses, or additional costs caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, government restrictions, road closures, accidents, illness, epidemics, technical failures, airline disruptions, or supplier failure.

In such cases, we will try to assist with alternatives where possible, but additional costs may apply.

12. WhatsApp, Email, and Marketing Communication

By submitting an enquiry or contacting us, you agree that Rainbow Vacations may contact you through WhatsApp, phone, SMS, or email regarding your enquiry or travel services.

You may opt out of promotional communication at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or by writing to support@rainbowvacations.in.

Service-related communication for active enquiries or confirmed bookings may still be sent as required.

13. Use of Reviews, Photos, and Testimonials

We may request permission to use client reviews, photos, or testimonials for website, social media, or marketing communication.

Such content will be used only with client consent. Clients may request removal by writing to support@rainbowvacations.in.

14. Limitation of Liability

Rainbow Vacations will make reasonable efforts to plan and coordinate services professionally.

However, our liability is limited to the service fees received by us for the specific booking, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

We are not responsible for indirect losses, emotional distress, loss of enjoyment, loss of business, missed opportunities, or losses caused by third-party suppliers or events beyond our control.

15. Intellectual Property

All website content, text, branding, layout, images owned by us, and travel concepts presented on this website are the property of Rainbow Vacations or used with permission.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
